I've Been Productive!

The quest for a job continues at a slow pace. I had a 3-day job last week, followed by a promising interview, but I am still waiting for news.

However, I have not been lazy with my time off. This weekend I finished an edit of Cupidity, and feel very happy about it. I'm still not ready to show it to people - I've made a bunch of notes for myself for more things I must change - but it is one big step forward.

I've also started rewriting The Right Hand of Evil. The first half of the book will require minimal changes, but the latter half will require a lot of hard work. The contract for this book just came in from my agent, so things are plowing ahead there. Very exciting!

Currently, I'm on Chapter 11 of my new novel, Apoca-Lynn. That one is going very well, and I am confident it will make an enjoyable read.

It will almost be a shame if I get a job now - all my writing projects will suffer!

Hey, can we have a contest to rename The Right Hand of Evil with a one word snazzy title?

Wouldn't it be great if someone paid you enough to write so you wouldn't need that "other" job? *Sigh*
